The idea that emotions are essential for learning, decision making, academic, personal and social success, represents the basis on which the RULER program is built.

This program, founded by Dr. Marc Brackett and developed based on the experience of prestigious researchers, psychologists and educators, is based on decades of research on Emotional Intelligence conducted by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, Yale University.
